Refunds & Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products (perishables and food items), certain restrictions apply:

  • Perishable items (fresh meat, fish, vegetables) cannot be returned once delivered and accepted.
  • Non-perishable items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
  • Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@africancentre.fi with photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund for such cases.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will coordinate the logistics.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
